What are Grown-Up & Me classes?

Grown-Up & Me classes are 45-minute to 1-hour, heartfelt sensory enrichment experiences for children ages 1–4 years and their caregiver. Each class features a new themed sensory adventure designed to encourage creativity, language development, fine motor skills, problem-solving, social interaction, and meaningful parent-child connection through purposeful play.

Who are the classes for?

Classes are designed for children ages 1–4 years and their caregiver. A parent, grandparent, or other caregiver attends alongside the child for the entire class — that shared experience is at the heart of what makes Sincerely Sensory special.

Where are classes held?

Classes and Pop-Up Events are held at a variety of local venues and community spaces — not in private homes. Check the Upcoming Adventures page for specific locations.

Yes! Each class features a new themed sensory adventure, so there's always something fresh and exciting to explore. No two classes are exactly alike.

Question 7

What is an Adventure Pass?

Adventure Passes are how you enroll in Grown-Up & Me classes. You can register for a single class at $22 per child, or save with a 5-Adventure Pass ($100) for five classes across one Adventure Series, or a 10-Adventure Pass ($190) for ten classes across two consecutive Adventure Series. Passes give you the flexibility to book classes on your own schedule within your series.

How long are Adventure Passes valid?

The 5-Adventure Pass is valid for one Adventure Series. The 10-Adventure Pass is valid for two consecutive Adventure Series. Unused class credits do not roll over beyond the Adventure Series included with your pass.

Do the passes include make-up classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The 5-Adventure Pass includes 1 complimentary make-up class, and the 10-Adventure Pass includes 2 complimentary make-up classes. Make-up classes require at least 24 hours' notice, are subject to availability, and must be used before your Adventure Series ends.

Are Adventure Passes refundable?

Adventure Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the full class policies before purchasing.

Question 11

Does each child need their own pass?

Yes — every participating child must have their own registration or Adventure Pass. Sibling pricing is available when applicable. Please reach out to ask about sibling discounts.

Do I need to register in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes — registration is required for every class because space is intentionally kept small. Please register in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.

Question 13

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class will have the class credit returned to your Adventure Pass. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, and no-shows, will forfeit that class credit. Because mom life happens, we're happy to offer flexibility — just give us at least 24 hours' notice so another family has the opportunity to enjoy your spot.

What if Sincerely Sensory cancels a class?

If a class is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a replacement class credit or a rescheduled class.

What should we wear?

Dress for mess! Sensory play is wonderfully unpredictable and we want your little one to explore freely. Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy.

What if my child has allergies or special needs?

Please notify Sincerely Sensory of any allergies or accommodations before attending class. We want every family to feel safe, welcome, and fully included.

Will photos be taken during class?

Accepted Answer

Photos may occasionally be taken during class for social media and marketing. Families may opt out at any time — just let Janice know before or during class.

What are Pop-Up Events?

Pop-Up Events are special themed sensory experiences hosted throughout the community at local venues and partner locations. They vary by season, location, and theme — and no two are exactly alike. Examples include seasonal celebrations, holiday events, outdoor sensory play, coffee shop pop-ups, and community collaborations.

How do I find out about upcoming Pop-Up Events?
