Former teacher. Mom. And the heart behind Sincerely Sensory.
For more than nine years, I had the privilege of teaching young children in early childhood classrooms, including students with diverse learning needs. Time and time again, I watched children come alive the moment they were given the freedom to explore, create, and learn through play. Those moments inspired everything Sincerely Sensory has become.
When I became a mom, my passion for sensory play became even more personal. I wanted to create meaningful experiences that encouraged curiosity, confidence, creativity, and connection — not only for my own children, but for families throughout our community.
Today, Sincerely Sensory has grown into so much more than a single class. From Grown-Up & Me classes and Baby & Me experiences to homeschool enrichment programs and community pop-up events, every offering is thoughtfully designed with one goal in mind: helping children learn through purposeful play while creating meaningful moments with the grown-ups who love them most.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that childhood should be filled with wonder. I hope every family who joins us feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to slow down, connect, and embrace the magic of purposeful play.
I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to welcome you to a Sincerely Sensory adventure.
"Childhood should be filled with wonder."
— Janice, Founder of Sincerely Sensory
We follow the child's curiosity. There are no wrong answers, no pressure — just open-ended invitations to explore.
Every activity is intentionally planned with early childhood development in mind — not just fun, but purposeful.
Parents stay and play. That shared experience builds attachment, language, and memories that last a lifetime.
Every child, every family is welcome here. We celebrate all abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles.
Come experience a class for yourself. We'd love to welcome you and your little one into the Sincerely Sensory community.
