At Sincerely Sensory, we want to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we carefully source high-quality products that meet our standards. However, we do outsource certain products, such as our Sensory tables, that are not handmade by us.
In order to receive a full refund for these products, we kindly ask that you let us know within seven days of receiving your order so we can provide a replacement. After 90 days, these products will not be eligible for store credit.
Please note that due to the nature of our handmade products, full refunds may not always be possible. Nevertheless, we're committed to working with our customers to find a solution that meets their needs, including partial refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
